If there is one thing I hate doing, it’s cooking. This seems kind of funny coming from me, when you consider that one of my hobbies is brewing my own beer. You see, making beer is NOTHING but a LOT of cleaning followed by a LOT of cooking and then a LOT more cleaning again. This all takes about 8 hours, and that doesn’t even include the bottling process after the beer has fermented.

But have I ever rushed home from work excited about putting together a freakin’ casserole? Uhhh…no.

Then…something happened. I got a grill.

Suddenly, cooking turned into an interest. Here’s the strange part: Give me a fully stocked, clean kitchen with everything I need and a 4 burner gas stove with precise temperature controls…and I hate the idea. Give me a rusty grill, a tank of propane, and a dusty driveway, and suddenly I’m Emeril Freakin’ Lagasse.
