I’ve quit.

I’ve gone and done it.

Quit smoking.

It’s been two days and I haven’t had a single smoke.

My house is full of cereal…

Well your doing wonderfully.. I on the other hand havent been so successful.(pout pout) Today I will try again.. that just stop it attitude is much more difficult than it seems for me. If I was aloud to just punch people in the face maybe that would help….lol Way To Go though man your doing great!!! I couldn’t chew the gum though, thats pretty much like licking a ashtray, caca.

I’m glad you’ve decided to quit smoking! I quit about a year ago, but I used the Chantix. I was very proud of myself because it was only my first attempt at quitting. I never tried the gum or patch since I had seen it fail for others, and heard the gum tasted aweful. PLUS, I hated the idea of paying $50+ for GUM. But if it works for you, AWESOME! If not, give the Chantix a try. My doctor prescribed it a bit differently than others … only half a dose for three months (minimum), which reduced the side affects, AND she told me I didn’t HAVE to quit within a week, like the literature tells you. It took me about a month … made the cigs taste bad, until I was down to 3 a day (from 10-15). I quit completely on a Saturday, when the workday temptations weren’t there, and haven’t had one since. In fact, I still have 1 cig left in my last pack that I haven’t touched … sort of a trophy for me. LOTS OF LUCK TO YOU! If nothing else, just think of all the money you’ll save now …
